Dust off that crinkled up piece of paper you wrote your new year’s resolutions on and take some time to reflect. Even if you are busy, make the time to do this. You will thank yourself later down the road! Resolutions are often viewed as useless because people don’t stick to them. Let’s change this way of thinking and make those resolutions (or goals – whatever you chose to call them) valuable to our lives and progression.
After looking at your resolutions/goals, below are a couple of questions you might want to use to start the evaluation process:
- How far have you come since setting this goal?
- Are you where you thought you would be?
- Has your goal changed since it was set?
